By accessing or using the Airway Team Directory ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. No Medical Advice

The Platform is an informational directory only. We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical advice. The AI Matchmaker and all chatbot interactions are for general educational purposes. Always consult a licensed dentist, orthodontist, or physician for clinical care.

2. Limitation of Liability

We do not verify the day-to-day clinical outcomes or credentials of listed providers beyond their initial registration. We are not liable for any disputes, clinical outcomes, malpractice, or injury arising from connections made through the Platform. Any professional relationship is strictly between the patient and the provider.

3. Provider Rules & Terminations

Providers listing on the Platform must maintain active, unrestricted professional licenses in their practicing jurisdictions. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing at our sole discretion, without refund, if a provider violates licensing laws or acts fraudulently.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees for Premium, Platinum, and Diamond tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your provider dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.
